PrincipalDavid L Clutts, P.E. is Civil Engineering Solutions' President and Principal Engineer. Mr. Clutts has over 20 years of engineering experience. David holds licenses to practice in both Florida and Georgia. David is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Former Chairman of the Lake Sumter MPO Citizens Advisory Council, Lake County Board of County Commissioners' Parks and Recreation Advisory Board member, and former member of the Tavares Planning and Zoning Board. |
